One of the popular digital global business magazine The Silicon Leaders is pleased to feature Norm Goldstein, the Founder and CEO of EduNetwork Partners in the recent edition – The Most Inspiring Entrepreneurs to Follow in 2024.

Having had so much experience as an inventor with seven patents, Norm was able to recognize the potential of his daughter and assist her in securing a patent. Through this meeting, Norm and his daughter proceeded to establish By Kids for Kids in the year 2003 with the goal of encouraging children to invent and enhance thinking skills through good problem-solving abilities. Through their company, they provided free patents and assistance with commercializing children’s inventing, and while doing so, they generated 26 patented ideas.
From US Patent Office records, Norm and staff re-wrote an innovative thinking course to deliver to thousands of educators nationwide. With corporate sponsor Xerox behind them, their package for teaching included a poster, teacher guide, and students’ workbook that were all designed to encourage creative thinking among school children. With corporate sponsors on hand, contests and live broadcasts were held to challenge more inventive minds.
To address pandemic-activated demands, Norm and his group took a turn and transformed into EduNetwork Partners. Leveraging their tried and successful method, they now help organizations achieve their Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) goals through young talent development and innovation. Norm’s passion for this cause continues to make a lasting difference in the lives of children and communities across the country.
Norm feels that experience and hands-on involvement is a key to their success in EduNetwork Partners. They utilize their web site as a means of directly involving youth and families in ideation and problem-solving exercises. Contests and competitions such as these are especially appealing to students.
Other than the promise of reward, the process of getting ready to submit is a genuine invitation for youth to walk through how they would apply their learning, experience, and ability to address a problem. The need to possess a good college transcript or post-secondary school also issues an invitation for youth to participate.
With the ability to express their thoughts and accomplishments, not only do they inspire confidence in themselves but stand out in the crowd in the very competitive admissions process. Norm is pleased to be able to participate in young people’s new ideas and innovations and to understand that it is vital to discover and nurture their talents.
Norm practices under the belief that everything is possible. Norm emphasizes that there are already ideas of greatness and that these need to be discovered. Believing only in his own mind, Norm uses his experience in leading tools and solutions to address problems and generate ideas.
