Resilience was instilled in her by Rich’s illness. Seeing him struggle to survive where conventional medicine could not have ever rendered Shann efficient and powerful. Sympathy compelled her to create medicines that have augmented lives ever since. Authenticity and sincerity have been her pillars in her company—she only manufactures what she’d prescribe to her immediate family.

Rural life deepened her appreciation for nature, and working with institutions such as Cambridge University allowed her to blend ancient wisdom and modern science. Being open to change also helped her learn and overcome obstacles. Each healing process reminds her of what she was made to do.
