Brad spent thirty years establishing himself in financial planning before he decided to become a life coach. During his financial help sessions, Brad observed his clients required assistance with more areas of their lives, including stress management and better health, along with finding purpose.

Each person experiences their life path differently, according to Brad’s perspective. Through active listening, Brad guides his clients toward defining targets that respect their lifestyle and personal beliefs. Through his coaching approach, clients implement minimal adjustments that result in significant outcomes. His teachings focus on showing people methods to develop sustainable practices regarding nutrition and physical activity together with rest and psychological wellness.

The classes he instructs demonstrate how individuals can develop beneficial routines for food intake along with exercise routines, sleep patterns, and emotional care practices. Along with developing confidence he assists people in dealing with their unwanted thoughts. Through his work Brad aims to guide others toward becoming stronger individuals who achieve both happiness and enhanced life control.

Brad’s significant concept revolves around the Culturally Conforming Conveyor Belt™. Society establishes specific expectations for life stages through its prescribed route which consists of school followed by employment and ending with retirement. According to Brad people should have the right to design their life’s journey according to what truly brings them happiness.

Brad also believes that life doesn’t slow down after age 50. In fact, he says people in their 50s, 60s, and beyond still have lots to give. He calls this the Wisdom Economy, where people use their life experience to make a big impact. He helps clients see that it’s never too late to start something new or chase a dream.

One of his favorite tools is called the Life Operating System. It helps people stay focused on all areas of life—like health, family, career, fun, and personal growth. It’s not just about reaching goals, but about living with purpose.

Brad’s coaching has changed many lives. He runs events, works with individuals, and supports wellness programs across the country.
